  Stayed for 2 nights and I couldn't fault it, staff are very easy layed back and kind, very old fashion which is missed.
  Stayed in the family room designs, slept well, room is very clean, bathroom and bedding very clean.
  Love the location close to everything but away from the Melbourne Hussles in a quite side street facing the coast line.

  Staff friendly. Room was clean, bed average comfort. Couch very uncomfortable.
  Milk in fridge was three months past use by, causing floaties in coffee.
  Smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason. Noticed reverse cycle aircon was extremely dusty inside, this may have been the reason.
  Quoted price over the phone, but charged over thirty dollars more when checked in.
  This was our second visit to the motel.

  Great value accommodation close to Port Phillip Bay. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast delivered to our room was delicious. I highly recommend this motel.

  This little motel is definitely value for money! While it’s not super modern (1980’s charm), it’s comfortable and very well situated for access to the bayside’s many beaches and shopping strips. Very friendly staff. Only critique would be that parking on-site is a bit awkward, although this is solved if your happy to park on the street. Highly recommend if your looking for a premium location on a budget :)

  We went here for dinner 8 people, which was beautiful no photos taken. Parking in the street. Best Steak ever tasted

  Staff was very friendly. Rooms needs to be updated. My partner and I didn't sleep well. We kept getting up in the middle of the night. It felt like there was something in the room with us. It had bad energy in that room. The hall way was creepy too.

  Yes the rooms need a refurb but ours was clean and the beds were comfy. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere and service in the restaurant and bar was relaxed and friendly. Locals meeting up for dinner or drinks kept things interesting with manager Ange being very inclusive with a couple of out of towners!! Will stay there again!!!

  I have been staying here for the last 10 days whilst attending an international sailing event.
  The staff are very welcoming and friendly, as helpful as much as you can ask for and more. Have been very helpful with a few difficulties I've had whilst out and about the area too.
  The breakfast has been cracking with superb coffee.
  The accomodation is very clean and comfy with rooms being serviced every day including working around the gear I've occasionally had about the room.
  Thank you for the wonderful time guys on this first visit to Australia
